Incident Update – Pencil Queue Cluster
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - The identified memory leak in the Pencil queue cluster has been fixed, and the cluster has been stabilized.

We are currently monitoring the system to ensure performance and queue processing remain normal. No further issues have been observed so far.

We will continue to monitor closely and will mark this incident as resolved once stability is fully confirmed.

Identified - We have identified a memory leak in the Pencil queue cluster. This may impact platform stability and cause intermittent processing delays for some workloads.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and monitoring the cluster closely. Mitigation steps are in progress to prevent further impact, and updates will be shared as we learn more.
